HOW TO VOLUNTEER:

Step 1:
Fill out the form below and click “Submit”.
If you have any questions, call 604-271-9700.

Step 2:
A Neptune representative will survey your property to determine where the meter will be installed. You do not have to be present during the survey. The representative will leave a consent form for you.

Step 3:
Fill out the form and return it to Neptune by fax or mail.

A postage-paid envelope will be supplied.

Step 4:
Neptune will install the water meter. You do not have to be present during the installation.
